So! After much preparation and testing from a few people kind enough to lend their wallets to the cause in exchange for first access to the merchandise we’ll be offering, we’re pleased to announce the opening of our own little e-shop: Shoptember!

Over the years, we here at September Scanlations have amassed quite…the collection of unused or no longer wanted doujinshi, manga, BL magazines, merchandise, the works! It’s doing us absolutely no good sitting in our tiny Tokyo apartments, and while we could sell it back for yennies on the hyaku-en on Otome Road, we thought some of you guys might be interested in giving our extra stuff loving homes! More room in our apartments = more excuses to buy new manga and doujinshi to bring to you guys!

We’ve got BL magazines we scanned (Ciel, TresTres, Drap, Gush, the list goes on!), BL manga that turned out not to be a good fit for September for one reason or another (usually because they were one-shot anthologies, alas XD), mountains of doujinshi from a number of fandoms, and more!

Browse through our (hopefully!) well-organized goods, and check back often, because we’ll be adding more and more stuff as we go along (and we’ll accept no judgment from any of you as it slowly dawns just how much crap we’ve got between us here at September Scans XD;). It’s our first time operating a shop, so we may have some bumps as we get started, but we hope you’ll bear with us!

All goods bought here are, ultimately, second-hand, as they went through at least our possession first (so hardly anything’s really new and wrapped), but unless otherwise specified (clearly, in big bold letters), most of what we offer here is in like-new condition. These are pieces that we bought and never used, so there’s no undue bending of the spine or torn pages or anything of that sort for anything tagged ‘like new‘. Further, any sort of triggery stuff will be marked as much as possible, so be on the lookout for notices in product descriptions—or drop us a message via the contact form if you want to make absolutely sure, and we’ll be happy to go into more detail about the contents/context of any questionable material.

Our items also have useful areas for reviews, so if you see something you’ve either read before or own yourself, do us a favor and leave a review! Everyone benefits that way :D

We’ve tried to organize items as well as possible, so feel free to use the menu above or the search form. You can search for authors (like ‘fujitani youko’) and series (like ‘sekai-ichi hatsukoi’), or find popular pairings we stock (like ‘ichinose tokiya/ittoki otoya’) listed in the tags at the bottom of every page for much easier searching! If you don’t see what you want now–check back later, as we’re bound to have something new up for you to check out :D We also have a list of all our tags used in a helpful cloud at the bottom of every page, so give it a glance as well.

Payment for now is only available through paypal, but several different shipping methods are offered, ranging in price from ‘expensive by very fast and trackable’ to ‘slow and steady and cheap’, so choose the method that fits your budget and desire to get your goods! NOTE: Unless otherwise requested (such as explicitly choosing EMS for fast, secure shipping), we’ll always try to get you the cheapest and most reasonable shipping possible for your goods, so if our shipping calculator flubs for some reason and we’re able to get you quicker shipping for cheaper than you paid, we’ll issue you a voucher to use on your next purchase for the difference :D
