  9. oooh….this a quaint continuation. i love the short peek of how Everet fare on solid ground. his excitement for all new experience (weather, rain, etc) and then the serious talk about them.

i think it’s bode well for future book that they already understood each other in where they stand in regards of their relationship.

i’m also happy that it validate my happy ending ‘feel’ in Fellfire Summer. i really don’t like it when the author start a sequel with both main character re-hashing the same ‘insecurity’ and then bring in a third character as a ‘relationship wrecker’ ^^”

    • Glad you enjoyed it! These short stories (there will be two total for FS; the next one will be out in December) are less sequels and more little glimpses beyond the end of the book. The actual sequel, out early next year, will follow a different set of characters (with references to this book of course), and will likely join back up for a third book where everyone will get to interact :)

Pointless drama is quite boring to me, and I think there’s too much else going on right now for them to worry about being complicated with a third wheel horning in on their fledgling relationship :D
